How To Use

Steps include:

• Prepare solution
• Allow to cool
• Set your space
• Pour coffee into enema bag
• Insert the hose tip
• Unclamp and allow coffee to flow in
• Ideally hold for 12-15 minutes
• Sit on toilet to release

Once finished, rinse enema kit with water, add cleaner and hang to dry.
